Service manager gave his final statement in which he is denying that damage was caused by them. I learned later that driveshaft I supplied is damaged which could only happen when mechanic at CR Morrow tried to fit it in. Part delivered and after waiting for several hours in the garage I was told by service associate that part I bought is unsuitable despite matching part numbers, so they had to put back my old driveshaft and I had to pay for their labour another £120. I have sourced driveshaft from Netherlands for 200Eur. I was offered an option to bring in my own part which they would replace for only labor cost.

Their 'highly skilled mechanic' was only guessing I suppose. Long story short, after I paid for diagnostic £65 I was told they're not sure what's wrong with the car but they would start with replacing driveshaft and quoted me £900.
